I believe you will not be able to achieve such through WINE. Due to Samsung Drivers and the program itself.

To be honest, I have sitting next to me, 5 or 6 Android phones, all Google Locked because people forget their passwords and factory reset their phones without any knowledge. I have still yet to successfully get passed the lock. YET being key word.
