Locked TOGAF Study Material

I am searching for the study or training materials (latest, as these are curriculum wise) and if possible real test papers from the last 4-5 years.

Have fine-combed every place I am aware of, but unable to find the relevant material. The training materials are very costly, EUR500/USD750/GBP680/INR90000/PLY1400 etc.

Any validate study material would be great.
