You can not change or delete files as normal folders or protected by TrustedInstaller. But you can " take possession " of them to do what you need but my recommendation is to generate a repair system files before getting to amend protected system files.

Before the TrustedInstaller process, run the System File Checker command
  • This command helps repair errors and check the status of the drive .
  • Click on START .
  • In the Search programs and files, type CMD
  • In the results area, click the right mouse button on cmd.exe and select the Run as administrator option.
  • Insert your Original Disc Operating System Windows 7 on the unit disc playback computer, if it's a factory-filled version, do not worry the same program will find the access to the Windows files path.
  • In the Command Prompt window system, type "SFC / SCANNOW" and press ENTER.
  • The scan may take some time, so be patient, Windows will repair any damaged or lost you find the file, the information required for such repair will be extracted directly from disk Windows installation or recovery unit installed by the manufacturer machine.
Once the process with the System File Checker, restart the machine again and see if the error persists . IMPORTANT : Change TrustedInstaller permissions reduces the security of your PC and can cause it to fail if you change critical system files.

To disable protection :
  1. Closes the message window that need TrustedInstaller permissions or do not have permission to perform this action if you're using an administrator account.
  2. Clicking on the file or folder you want to change or delete. Then click on it with the right mouse button and select Properties.
  3. A window opens. Click on the Security tab top. And press the Advanced button is bottom right.
  4. Click the Owner tab. You 'll see that TrustedInstaller is the current Owner. Click below left the Edit button.
  5. Below, in the list of New owner, click Administrators. NOTE : When you want to change a protected folder, instead of only one file appears below the box Replace owner on sub-containers and objects. Activate it by clicking on it. Click the OK button for the changes are implemented.
  6. Confirms clicking OK the message window. You will see the current owner it is now the Administrators group instead of TrustedInstaller. Click OK in the window.
  7. Return you to the home screen. Click below OK.
  8. Again, select the file or folder you intend to change or delete. Then click on it with the right mouse button and select Properties.
  9. Click the Security tab and click the Edit button is half window on the right.
  10. Click Administrators in the list of Group or user names of the top half. Down in the Permissions field Administrators, click Full Control box under the Allow column. Click the OK button.
  11. Confirm with Yes the warning message .
  12. Click OK on the window that you return. Now you should be able to delete, rename or change the file or folder that is.
