3. Delete folder "Unity 2019.3.1f1\Editor\Data\Resources\Licensing" <--- IT'S IMPORTANT!
4. Copy Unity_lic in "C:\ProgramData\Unity\" folder.
5. Done!

Hello, i see there are no new versions of Unity here, why stop to 2019, is it too hard from here or too little interest in Unity and another thing, why focus only on torrent when it dies fast, just upload to regular sites as well, compressing well is not a problem, so it can be easier uploaded and downloaded, no big sizes. thanks for reading this.
