I will update the link there. Also, suggest, instead of just locking a thread, ping/tag the OP and wait for 24-48 hours, for the Op to update. After that you can always lock the thread. This way, the Op does not have to go on searching for some admin.
If the above suggestion is not possible, make some change so that the thread remains editable to the OP, and locked for others. This helps in time management, and not load work on as well.
