so wish one you rec for me as a gamer and a net surfer

Sorry my friend but we don't suggest windows here it wouldn't be proper for the others.

The only I can say is, if you want a build for games and surfing only you can choose a lite one, there are plenty there
Try to find one with parental controls not removed because some games might not work if parental control is removed
