Locked WIFI problem

I was using your windows 8.1 professional from team os on my laptop but I got an issue with my wifi it's showing limited I do everything to fix it but it was not heeled up give me any solution

Might be a good idea to place your question in the thread you got the file from, there the uploader might be able to help you. Also I see that you've placed the same question on peoples walls, please do not do that... sit here and wait. in the meantime google search for answers as well, or get a windows 10... but do not post the same question all over the place.
