Install them all.
Then get the latest Epson driver from an Epson site and install that.

That's not what I told you to do.
Go to the manufacturer's site for your motheboard or laptop. Download the drivers yourself. Make sure you get the right ones.
Do not rely on an app to do it for you. They are not always reliable.
Get the printer drivers from an Epson site.

okay but my motherboard's driver is updated. the printer driver i've downloaded is also updated. I've switch to another build which is 21h2. the printer is fully worked now what happen? sorry for my bad english. but i like the 1909 version of lite os

It seems that something you need for your printer is missing from this particular build. It will not be easy to find out what is missing so the best thing to do is to use another OS. We have other OS based on 1909 so I suggest that you try one of those.

Could be a network driver problem.

Get all the latest drivers for your motherboard from the manufacturer's site.
Also get all the latest drivers for other things like your graphics card and printer from the manufacturers' sites.
Install them all.
