Fix Printer Installation Error 0x000003eb

1. Press Windows Key + R then type services. msc and hit Enter.
2. Find Windows Installer service in the list and double click on it.
3. Make sure the Startup type is set to Automatic and click Start, if the service is not already running.
4. Click Apply followed by OK.
5. Again try to install the printer.

Thanks, I installed it very quickly, but my problem is disk usage, as in the picture, without installing any program after the first installation, the system disk is 11GB
When I open the disk, 5.4 gb of usage is there, and where is the remaining 5.6? I want to delete this 5.6 gb but couldn't find where it is

this is a slim build,you would come across error and missing DLL.. this is his vision!! he know what he want and need!!!
if you find error and missing DLL problem,can i suggest you download full iso version
and if you want fixed any problems use google,because google your friend!!!

So this thread is just for "thanks"? Nothing more? I had a perfectly good question and I was respectful. I have tried googling it but I have not come across a fix. Direct X installer fails also.
