I have one query..
I am on full Windows10 Pro.
Would like to move on this compact version, Can I upgrade directly on top of existing windows10 without formatting/deleting existing windows??
Will it work or need to do a clean install.

Same question; I already have a great working version of Win 10 pro; but would like to upgrade it to, say, another one of your more recent awesome custom versions of Win 10 (I have some VIP builds).
How do I do this without having to start over with a clean install?

You are obliged to reinstall windows completly.

No you cannot !

As written in the description it require a new installation.

The only time you can install windows on a current windows is when you migrate from W7/8 to W10 or when you repair it.
In all case others case you have to reinstall windows.

I advice you to install windows on a dedicated partition and others stuff (Photo, video, games, portable software...) to an other partition.
For example steam games will not need reinstall if it's not on Windows partition.

You can also save folder from the following location, for software like Mozilla, qBitorrent... : (*** is your user id on your pc)
C:\Users\***\AppData\Roaming\
C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\

For example to save Mozilla Firefox states, winrar all the content of C:\Users\***\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\

After a fresh install, you just need to copy back this folder in the same location.
It'll allow you to have your favorite software in the same state as it was before reinstall.

Therefore when you reinstall Windows you loose nothing. You just need to reinstall drivers and software that are not portable.
