I just tried this iso and my laptop and i am getting this screen which says to load driver , should i select cancel here ? Maybe some important driver needed during installation is missing . Is anyone else facing this too ?

If it says that you need a driver, or drivers, then you probably do. Go to the laptop manufacturer and download all the available drivers. Then try the installation again, this time installing the drivers at the appropriate time in the installation.
If you want more help then use use Google to find a tutorial about adding drivers during installation. This is a common issue so you should find plenty of them.

I did exactly as mentioned by you , copied all the drivers to the pen drive & intending to install the drivers during installation itself . When i click on Browse , it gives me some error -

@FBConan I like your system, so stable as heck, just one issue so far, languages seem doesn't work on my instance, always install other things from windows which lead me to black screen but only cursor working, and seem killing explorer.exe working as half intented. I just i didn't find any solutions.

The solution is meter connection ON as in description,
When the language is downloaded with Windows Update ON, then turn OFF Windows Update from the start menu,
Then restart your Window, if it booted correctly it should work at the first boot up, otherwise wait for some boot ups.
Now you have your language working, but when you turn on Windows Update again it will start to get black screen again, leave it OFF!

There is a simple fix to that my friend, try to change the USB port, simple as that , try them all until one works! Good luck!
