Are You on MBR partition table or UEFI
Delete partitions completely then run setup!

You are sure that You "press install button on C drive " ??

Deleted last 50 MB also , than restart laptop and restart windows setup , now it says , that , we couldn't find any drives. To get a storage driver , click load driver , after load driver option , nothing happened and problem remains same.

when you boot into the first install screen where you chose the os language, time and currency and keyboard options do the following:

1. press SHIFT+F10 at the same time
2. when the CMD screen shows up write diskpart and press enter
3. write list disk and press enter
4. write select disk X and press enter (where X is your main partition where you are going to install windows) careful not to chose and delete the wrong partition!
5. write clean and press enter
6. write exit and press enter
7. write exit and press enter
8. proceed with the instalation

this will wipe your partition where you are going to install so be very careful!

By following this option , it shows disk 0 as my primary disk 931 GB and shows disk 1 which is pen drive of 29 GB , I do have a question if I clean the drive than will I loss the data which was in drive other than c ? Which is very important to me.

disk 0 is then your main partition C: and disk 1 is your usb drive where i am assuming it is where you are booting to install the os correct?

if that is the case if you choose disk 0 it will only wipe the whole C: drive and not the usb drive.

go ahead and write select disk 0 and continue with my instructions above

That is the main issue , I don't want to wipe C drive (disk 0 - 931 GB , there are other partition also which have important data)

Any other suggestions so I don't loose data also

In disk part , by using list volume I am getting dvd rom as volume 0 , data partition as volume 1 and pen drive as volume 2 , I have lost entire C drive , I mean C drive volume is not showing now.

Reinsert your windows install media, hit f12 at boot and try setting up again, in the initial setup screen your disk may need to either create a volume and or format it.

how many partitions (disks) are listed when you wrote list disk?

Volume 0 Letter E No label type dvd rom status no media

Volume 1 letter C label Fun (earlier this was drive E while windows was installed on system)
File system NTFS size 799 GB status healthy

Volume 2 letter D label windows 10 type removable size 29GB status healthy

Reinsert your windows install media, hit f12 at boot and try setting up again, in the initial setup screen your disk may need to either create a volume and or format it.

Tried this already 4-5 times , it didn't detected any drive.

***Anyone please chime in if this is wrong or misguided***

You need to go back into diskpart and create a partition then.
In diskpart:

lisk disk

Quick note: The output should include an asterisk (*) next to the selected drive.

Type the following command to create a new partition and press Enter:

create partition primary

Diskpart create primary partition

Type the following command to select the new primary partition and press Enter:

select partition 1

Type the following command to make the partition active and press Enter:

active

Type the following command to format the partition using the NTFS file system, set a drive label, and press Enter:

format FS=NTFS label=Data quick

In the command, remember to replace Data for the name of the drive as you want to appear in File Explorer. Also, the quick flag is optional for a faster format, and you should not use it if you're not sure the drive good to perform a bad sectors. The only downside about omitting the "quick" option is that formatting will take a very long time.

Type the following command to assign a letter and make the drive available in File Explorer and press Enter:

assign letter=g (or whatever)

In the command, replace g with the drive letter that you want to use, which isn't currently assigned by another drive.

Type the following command to terminate DiskPart and press Enter:

exit

Type the following command to close Command Prompt and press Enter:

exit

Reboot to install media you should see your drive.

If this fails maybe using Sergei Strelec's WinPE would be best.
