After installing, my PC rebooted then it said that OS missing when turning on. And when I went to install the OS again I found that my drive was like formatted because all of my files or data was missing. How can I recover my files or data?

Try some recovery software

Try to copy the Ghost files from the iso file I might work in this case

in all cases when opening on new PC, apps ask for password..

You can't use the Ghost Spectre toolbox on different build
