is there anyway i can disable window password on start up screen? i just download it and tested it in VMWare

You could try changing the password for your default user to be blank, which might work although I have never done it.
If you don't want to use a password then the trick is to leave the password box empty during OS installation, or when making a new user. That's what I do for my home desktop machine.
