Same error whatever the usb key; I tested my hard drive no errors, this Os is not for me

I created on USB and I have an error when I boot from it, the security is indeed deactivated and I installed many os any idea?

I'm sorry if this is double posting but, I didn't know where else to
ask this question.
I do appreciate and love this OS but it does not recognize my wireless
internet card on my Dell laptop. I have never had this issue before.
I did go to the site for my system and surprise, the drivers that's
suppose to specifically, be for my laptop, does not work for it, none of them do.

I even stalked and annoyed Mr. Google and he was no help.
It's not a new laptop but i love it because of the touch screen
capabilities. It's a,
Dell Inspiron 15
3000 series, any help will be greatly appreciated.
If not that's okay too, I still appreciate you.
I will keep on bugging Mr. Google, who knows, I might of
missed something, or I did something wrong to cause this issue.
