It can be installed on any PC and laptop but if this is your 1st time, I would suggest viewing some videos on how to install fresh windows and also search the internet for a step by step guide. Its very important to remember that before you start, you need to make sure you have all the necessary drivers for your laptop. Those can be found most of the time from your manufacturer's website. Even better if you can do it with a friend that knows of those things.

I mean I use rufus to load the file in my usb. while installation, it stops at 4%. I will provide the image.

First please remember we use lookimg.com or Gifyu.com for posting images/photos.

Your error type is a "nasty" one and I haven't seen it for a while. In general, it means there is a hardware issue (not to be alarmed) which prevents windows from keep reading or writing the files. Even tho that error about hardware issues is generic, you can try some of the following steps.

• Disconnect ANY other device that is no needed, especially external hard disks.
• Make sure you set the appropriate mode for your laptop and windows. UEFI/GPT or BIOS/MBR
• Wrong USB port. Use a different one, preferably a USB 2.0 port
• Problem with your USB stick. Test with a different one.
• Corrupt torrent file. Rehash torrent, or redownload to be 100% sure. Also, rewrite the USB stick with Rufus.
• If all the above fails, try with different windows if only just to test.
• Last but more likely not the case... Problem with your hard disk.

Edit: the bold ones are most likely to blame for your problems.

Just saying this or that doesn't work, doesn't help us at all. Error codes and detailed descriptions do. In this case, it's most likely a driver issue. You need to understand that 20h2 is still at a preview stage (beta) and also as I said on my answer before you need to make sure you have drivers for 20h1/20h2 as in several cases, older devices/drivers won't work. I think tho based on your previous error, you might have a driver issue with USB bus (assuming the camera is also connected via USB) or the camera itself.

You have 2 options, either wait for new drivers or install a more stable version 19xx for example, or windows LTSC. For sure it's not @By Nicky fault and so not a lot more he or I can do.

Personally I have tested several small things.
On these latest versions using the drivers by windows updating it creates problems.
just an example if I do it on 3 different PCs, the mouse freezes for a while , .
I therefore tested with driver booster similar.
easy driver even worse
So I go back to snappy and samlab and no errors.
that's why I recommend it is 2 versions each time
