I have installed the OS, and I can see that I have the administrator account, but I am having access denied when I try to change permissions on some apps and even folders, administrator is supposed to have access but I do not, I am new to Windows 10 so hopefully someone knows how to fix this, thanks.

You should be able to run this with those specs without much of an issue. Just remember to have your proper drivers handy after install.

if yes, then pls, remove windows defender and edge completely.
