Download a full version of Win 10 or 11 from here. Burn it to a USB using RUFUS. When done reboot to the USB, during the install process delete ALL existing partitions and continue installing. Problem solved.

You have to be more specific my friend, you are saying that you can't reload, can't download, can't activate?????
What is exactly your problem?

Google "how to disable windows S mode" or "how to turn off windows S mode".
It is not difficult, the Googling or the disabling..

In S mode you can only download apps from the MS store, no other apps. I think that is the problem, but I might be wrong.
I think it was VdoGeek who was talking about doing it just a fews days ago. It is not necessary to reinstall the OS, although that is one solution.

To turn off Windows 10 S Mode, click the Start button then go to Settings > Update & Security > Activation. Select Go to the Store and click Get under the Switch out of S Mode panel. Then click Install and wait for the process to finish. Take note that switching out of S Mode is a one-way process

He stated his OS wasn't activated, thus the reason I told him to do a fresh install. I wasn't sure if S mode can be deactivated in a non activated OS.

Oh, I see. I didn't understand the activated bit. As fault reports go, it's a bit garbled. I can see how activation might make a difference.
I'll slink away with my tail between my legs and let the OS specialists get on with it. :p
