Why Does My Computer Turn on by Itself After Shutdown? And How to update this windows? Thank you

It could be due to incorrect settings or missing/corrupt drivers or missing updates.
I suggest you to try the steps provided below and check if it helps.

1. Go to, Settings. Then System. Then click on Power and Sleep.
2. Click on Additional power settings. Then "Choose what the power button does".
3. Click on Change Settings. Finally unclick "Turn on fast start up".
4. Save Settings.

Also, try to run the Power Troubleshooter.
Power troubleshooter will automatically fix some common issues with Power Plans. Run the Power troubleshooter to adjust your computer's power settings. The Power troubleshooter checks things like your computer's timeout settings, which determine how long the computer waits before turning off the monitor display or entering sleep mode. Adjusting these settings can help you conserve power and extend your computer's battery life.

2. Type Troubleshooting.
3. Select Troubleshooting and click on System and Security.
4. Click on Power and follow the onscreen steps.

as for the windows update if you read the description its disabled or removed (personally i think its removed)

Fast startup requires that hibernate be enabled. If you only want to use fast startup and don't plan on using hibernate, then you can specify the hiberfile type as reduced to significantly reduce the size of the hiberfile (C:\hiberfil.sys) to about half of its full size.
If you disable hibernate, then it will also disable fast startup. You must be signed in as an administrator to turn fast startup on or off.

First make sure you enable Hibernate, execute an elevated command prompt and run this command: powercfg -hibernate on

Then launch RegEdit as an Administrator, navigate to this key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Power

Create the DWORD value and name it "HiberbootEnabled" (without the quotation marks) set the value accordingly

0 = Turn off fast startup
1 = Turn on fast startup

Also check the value on this other key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System

HiberbootEnabled DWORD

(delete) = Default
1 = Always enable

hello.. can this os damage the hdd? i install to my old laptop and 1 day later my laptop cant detect hdd ı put an other hdd (its an old hdd) i install again.. i want keep use the os if problem not os.. thank you..
