I have problem too with this version. Using USB boot and Bios says cannot find the exe. Used normal way of installation with CD/DVD-again not worked. Then checked with other version , had no problem with loading the installation.
Please, remove this or fix it.

during installation (clean install) , choosing windows 11 pro x64 from the llist, appears error 0x80000001 and installation can not complete.

you can change in every language you want from control panel and language preferences.

Specifically, go Control Panel -> Time & Language- -> at the right options you can change the display language and also change language preferences.
