Do you have a system with TPM 2.0? That's what is stopping me from installing 11

need to close it on system tray and running it again as administrator
magnet also not working automatically, need to add it manually

well the problem is, when i started to download a torrent file or click on the magnet link it should start downloading right?
but this error pops up

"it seems like utorrent is already running. but not responding"
Please close all uTorrent processes and try again.

i don't know if I'm the only one whose having trouble on this.
and my solution was the one that i posted.

As I said we don't use magnet links so you probably referring for an another torrent in another site which is using magnet links

Yes exactly, i was referring to another torrent magnet links

Yes you can, but also you can try these its the latest insider version (with less problems)
