Its PRO. Honestly, this is a leaked copy so who knows if anyone added anything to it. Just wait until June 24 for MS to release the official ISO. Then get the "modified" version from here

My rig here can handle both .. 32 and 64 ... but yeah i know this is my rig

office is there probably you have done something wrong or your AV has blocked something during the download procedure

The appraiserres.dll only worked for me when doing an upgrade would not work for clean install.

What did work was using rufus to make a Windows 10 x64 21h1 bootable usb. Then in sources folder delete the windows 10 install.esd and replace it with the Windows 11 install.wim from Windows 11 iso.
Now works perfect on a clean install.
