1. This sounds like a likely driver error for your Razer hardware, not an issue with the OS itself. Have you tried searching for updated drivers?
2. I'm aware of this, as I noticed it too in testing. It seems to only appear on newer builds of Windows 11 23H2, such as this one.
To make it disappear and still function, select that button. The other button will disable startallback and revert task and start menu to stock original.
It's likely the creators of startallback will update it soon so it will be valid for the latest builds. Till then, it still works if you want to use it.
When it's updated, someone will post it here on TeamOS soon.
I think it can be replicated can you try install razer synapse on this build and see if you get the .net all error?
Other than that everything works hoping maybe installing start back and office installation can be optional buttons if want to install automatically
