does anyone know the version of Win7 SP1, on which the last CC application 2021 is running, Premiere pro (ver. 15.xx) .... with all the advantages of the new NVIDIA drivers (H264, H265 encoding - 462.31 studio drivers) .... I know that Adobe has discontinued support for win 7 I mean in version 13.xx .... but worth asking ... thanks

Thanks for this. Works fine in VirtualBox, but it won't boot on real hardware. Burned to usb with Rufus 3.14, fat32 for uefi install, no errors. I get a message saying B1InitializeLibrary failed, followed by some obscure Microsoft code that changes each time. Searched for fixes, tried every one I found and no change.

Use PowerISO to create usb boot that will fix it.

Use PowerISO to create usb boot that will fix it.
The same flash drive with Win10 on it boots just fine in UEFI. I've been through the bios and changed every related setting half a dozen times over, still no joy. I've scanned the flash drive multiple times, no errors.
Rufus has never produced a working flash drive for me. It doesn't error, but the finished drive simply doesn't boot, I've always had to make the drive bootable via command line, even with Win10.
I suppose I could try yet another tool, but I seriously have my doubts, since building the flashdrive manually doesn't work with this Win7 release either. The error occurs on the Aorus splash screen, with no bsod.

For what it's worth, here's my hardware:
Gigabyte X470 Aorus Gaming 5 Wifi
Ryzen 7 1700
16 gigs ram
Asus ROG Strix R9 380X OC 4gb
Flash drive is a Sandisk Cruzer Micro 8 gig and 16 gig. No errors on either one.

I'll give PowerISO a shot.

EDIT: almost forgot, I tried the same flash drive with an untouched MSDN Win7 iso and got the same error, but if I replace boot.wim with the one from Win10, it boots into setup with mouse/kb support, but it still won't install. I'm starting to wonder if there's something in the bios preventing Win7 from being installed.

EDIT2: Same result with PowerISO. Damn nice tool btw. Thanks.

EDIT3: Tried Windows 7 SP1 DUAL-BOOT 31in1 OEM ESD en-US MAY 2021 {Gen2}, but I get the same stop code. I thought it was going to work as I got the bootloader choice. I chose 64 bit, then the stop code shows up.

use this iso file is great and it works with PowerISO better use a DVD 4.7 GB and burn it with powerISO at 4.x speed and will not give you any error code at install.

if not possible to use a dvd use ur usb 8 or 16 gb format them with this software first, EaseUS Partition Master Free.
Im sure that is a usb problem they get broken somehow after many flash os on em sory for my bad english have fun.

Thanks for trying to help. Both my flash drives work fine. If I put Win10 on them, they both boot into setup and install perfectly. I have a new usb 3.0 Sandisk, but its 256gig and can't be formatted in fat32.

I'm convinced Gigabyte has put something in the bios to prevent Win7 from installing, so I've given up. That's the only way to explain why even an untouched MSDN iso won't boot into setup.

EDIT: I burned a dvd with Win7 MSDN iso that I used Gigabyte's own tool to add usb and nvme support to. It will not boot my computer at all, it just goes back to the bios's boot menu. But when I tried it on my mother's old Dell running Win7, it booted into setup just fine. My flashdrives also boot into setup on the Dell just fine. That's proof enough that it can't be done on my hardware.
