No you cannot you have ratio 0.34 you cannot download torrents. You need 0.40 and above.

i made bootable , but what the hell i am getting window 10 instead of 7 , what is going on??????

same, will install and see if it installs 7 or 10. So far looks like 10 installation

EDIT: Okay, so the installer boots like a windows 10 up until Expanding Windows Files, then it goes into a reboot and you need to select HDD as the primary device and that's when the Windows 7 installer takes over and installs windows 7.
