Torrent Windows Subsystem for Android (WSA) with Google Apps (Play Store)

For anyone on Dev and Beta channels, you will have to manually install the ps1 file like this:
CD to WSA folder and then tyoe in powershell
./Install.ps1

I have enabled developer mode and connected ip by following a guide

but when I try to do adb install appname.apk then I get the below error

error: more than one device/emulator Performing Push Install adb: error: failed to get feature set: more than one device/emulator

More than one WSA Emulator, and probably you connected to more than one. Moreover, check your .adb keys once more.

Then I tried to install WSA emulator . It didn't work out for me. The WSA immediately closed. I became famous that the text was red.
Is it possible to install WSA on this Win version? Where am I wrong?

Question 1: how do install direct APK file in available my pc storage. sideloaded apk
Question 2: I have install "Speedtest APK from google play store. after install open application. application working okay but application graphic flickering.

How did you guys open the WSA? I only have WSA tools and that only opens up the settings but the actual emulator doesnt open. I didnt get any error during installation. I have AMD Ryzen 7 4800U with Radeon graphics. Using Phoenix liteOS build. Please advise what to do. Thanks
