Please guide me;
I have followed the given instructions, I used (Rufus) to burn the (BartPE.iso) to a USB drive. It boot fine to the (XPE ~ iirc) blue screen menu, but there were a lot of errors during the installation/unpacking process. Then, it stuck to same screen, does not start to Windows XP. Thank you

I don't know what else to say... Anyway, I'm not going back to XP. Why don't you try W 10 Enterprise LTSC? I think it is one of the best OS's.

Your W10 Pro, was it well activated? I don't understand those updating failures. Try to download and install an activated W 10 Enterprise LTSC OS (x64 or x86, depending on your PC) updated March, 2019 and I am sure you'll be very satisfied. The WXP SP3 OS is not working well at all nowadays.

Try to find a W10 LTSC/LTSB OS from Dec. last year and download it from the direct links to keep your ratio at the present level or find a Free Leech Torrent. Newer versions of Feb. and March have no direct links yet.
