WinToUSB allows you to install and run the Windows operating system with USB-HDD or USB-Flash using the ISO or CD/DVD image as the source of the installation. WinToUSB also supports the creation of a USB Boot WinPE, it can help you transfer WinPE content to a USB drive and make the drive a boot.
