I installed this build in mu desktop and size after installation is 21 GB not 4 GB as @Jerry_Xristos has mentioned in the description.

There is no way of that.
The size of this build is 1.9GB, even if it wasn't compact and compress it shouldn't be more than 10GB.
The untouched versions of windows are about 17GB, how on earth yours, is 21GB after installation?

Is there anyway an operating system to be only 4 gb??
forever21 you did not installed only the OS you installed everything that goes with it to work.
When i installed my OS i had 18 GB used space After 2 days i had 35 but everything is OK.

Check for things like hiberfil.sys (hibernation), reserved storage, and also pagefile.
Recently I installed Nexus Lite Windows 11 and surprisingly found hiberfil.sys exists on my system and reserved storage enabled (which supposedly not). After I disabled hiberfil.sys and reserved storage itself I could reclaim +- 10 GB ?
