I downloaded the file directly and because it was a .rar file it matched the .toorent file, I will let it seed until tomorrow, there may be one or two breaks as I tweak mu OC settings. It isn't easy overclocking a server and its ECC reg RAM. After that, it will be available for a few months most likely. It looks like others did the same thing, now there are 3 seeds, it only works if it is a .zip or,.rar file that has everything inside or it will not match the .torrent file check sum.

keep in mind, Xamp should only be kept in local eviorments. it is strickly used for dev purposes.
