no microsoft account login is not bypassed to bypass microsoft account login use rufus to create a bootable flash drive you should get a pop up with the option to bypass 4GB ram and ms account login requirements. Yes you can update this

I did the rufus thing and it seems that doesnt work anymore on 23H2 and ive tried on several setups not sure why it doesnt work anymore ?
