    Best O.s For Programming And Gaming

    I am actually pissed using windows since my recent encounters with a major problem of Anaconda.. I am looking for a better Linux Distro or maybe a good version of windows which doesnt come with loads of crap.. Suggestions will be appreciated :)

    recnetly i upgraded again windows 0 red stone editon from windows 7 ultimate sp1 and the frame rate of my fortnite battle royal is decreased to 60+ and internet lagg is too high .so should i downgraded to windows 7 ultimate sp1 x64 ? core quad q6600 2.4ghz gtx 750ti 2gb ddr5 8gb ddr3 1600bus ram
