Which Os Is Best For Gaming ?

recnetly i upgraded again windows 0 red stone editon from windows 7 ultimate sp1 and the frame rate of my fortnite battle royal is decreased to 60+ and internet lagg is too high .so should i downgraded to windows 7 ultimate sp1 x64 ?
core quad q6600 2.4ghz
gtx 750ti 2gb ddr5
8gb ddr3 1600bus ram

if you don't play DX12 games, i would suggest Win7 or try some of the w10 light versions.

Such a PC is best off with a Windows 7 Pro SP1 x64. It's needless to upgrade/install windows 10 if you're not playing DX12 games, as mentioned above. 7 Ultimate is a pointless edition.
