What you mean black screen after update?
As for windows animation just enable it from settings

firstly i had installed the os everything is fine, then i ran windows update for security updates,, with security updates another cumulative update installed, then i reboot the pc nothing happens just my mouse pointer and the circle on the mouse pointer is blinking and entire screen is black, what should i do now? i have just formatted again so should i disable update or what any suggestions is appreciated, Thanks

Have you restarted your system after the black screen?
Why you format and re-install again?

yes i had restarted 5 to 6 times every time same issue, i had to restart because i can't do anything, only a black screen , if i try to go to advanced recovery mode by starting the system and forcefully shut down by pressing the power button 3 times, but it didn't let me go to the recovery, so i did reinstall again

Is there any way to force stop an ongoing update and use pause update instantly? I want to skip a perticular update which is keep trying to install and failing every time and my pause option is grayed out
