It's not disabled its pointed to wrong port

I just checked and indeed the port has changed to 55555. Jerry will give us an answer when he can as to why, but I suspect it's changed from one of the security scripts, that modders run to enhance security.
If you want to change this to the default 3389 you can open regedit and go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\WinStations\RDP-Tcp and change the port there to the default 3389.
Having said that I would suggest leaving the 55555 port or setting any other port but not the default as everyone who scans for ways to enter your PC, will check the default port first to see if RDP is running.

Its not pointed to wrong port, just in another port for security reasons as @Cyler said.
This is my mistake, I have applied a setting which has changed the port.

Without an error code from your torrent client, your guess is as good as mine. It can be many reasons, wrong settings, firewalls... If you can give more details we may be able to help better but I can tell you it's not from our side as the torrent has already been completed 1200+ times and currently has 145+ seeders.

Thank you! this is my first VIP Os, Downloaded and seeding for a much as I can, quick question though, Would win 11 be fine on ryzen 5 3600, gtx 1060, 16gb ram, and 2tb HDD? would my games not be hit as bad performancewise? I am usually playing tekken 7 and sf6, and sometimes recording with OBS would that be fine? thank you so much currently on windows 10 Cosmos Os I think by you also Jerry just wanting to try windows 11 for some android recordings too Thanks for both OS man they are awesome

just one question i am new to win 11, every time i plug my controller in - Xbox, switch pro, or my Hitbox that is recognized as an xbox 360 controller, there is a pop up that appears that says: "you'll need a new app to open this ms-gamingoverlay link.", any help please. Thank you!
