how to get or download windows defender on modifed windows 10 that have no windows defender inside

If windows defender is gone in a custom build there is not way to bring it back.
What is gone is gone.
No need to place your question in the thread you have download the custom build, its not going to change the answer.

Get full version, or do homework and look for modified version w / defender not removed right?
