hey brothers i have windows with only one language and i tried to add english but its give me error and cant download
can anyone please tell me how to download it manually
the Windows 10 BUILD 19043.1110
the windows language its Portuguese

Just go to settings>languages>add your language.
Search for your language and press install.
In case it's a lite version depending what is removed it might you not be able to add any language.
