I have problems after disabling the antivirus software, I do not see the Medicines in the folder.
Only the text file explaining the installation procedure.

Perhaps your anti-virus app deleted or quarantined the Medicines before you disabled it.
With your AV disabled, force a re-check in your torrent client to download the Medicines again .
