after using revo uninstaller try installing photoshop alone without creative cloud. i currently use photoshop without creative cloud

without creative cloud Photoshop works good but many features like colorization etc are then not working without creative cloud.

I have never installed the Creative Cloud app. I just install Photoshop and Photoshop installs the Creative Cloud app automatically soon after.
