I uninstalled the entire CC using CreativeCloud uninstaller and reinstalled the attached CC from Mr. Spacely and everything unchanged

This tool work on my pc but start slow because my pc have 9 years old

Answer: After beta testing of Firefly AI ended, Adobe developers decided to tighten the screws. Currently, only people who have actually paid for a subscription can use generative tools. And even then, they have restrictions on the number of generations. Also, generative tools can be used during a free trial period of 7 days. That is, if you really need generative tools, then register a new ID on the Adobe website and log in to the program using the Help->Sign In menu. After 7 days, register a new ID. And so on until you get tired of it. Unfortunately, there are no other ways at the moment.
