i found both using google. Or just download this and pull the theme from it and search for the blue velvet icons on google.

About windows languages (I assume you mean menus, windows, help, text, etc), Google windows 7 language packs and you will find your answer.

LOT more wallpapers with Aladdin & Jasmine, I just didnt use them in the illustrations. Really simple actually, if you like it and want to try it, then download it, or, if it doesnt appeal to you, then go to the next new torrent and try that one. For the record, I dont drink.
