Not sure in that case, you can still try with ad guard or mybe try to disassamble appx file and find add entries remove them and then recompile back

AdGuard works sometimes but I have when I have to update it! Also, when I have to update the Spotify App, AdGuard won't work anymore

You can block hosts whatever but, Banner ads will gone still black empty space remains. Also u can see audio ads in between
