Auto FTP Manager is an all in one package for managing, scheduling, and automating file transfers. It makes it easy to schedule and automate user's file transfers between any combination of devices like FTP servers, PC folders, Android mobile devices, and remote PCs. The application ensures over ten different combinations.

Auto FTP Manager is so much more than a managed file transfer tool. The easy-to-use wizard helps create Action Rules, which define what files and folders are to be transferred. Automated Transfer Profiles can upload or download anything from a single file to entire folders, or synchronize two directories. Advanced filters control which files are moved or deleted based on the file type, name, size, or modification date.

Users can create an automated transfer profile by adding various action rules, which can be scheduled to perform file transfer at a specific time. The built-in scheduler lets user transfer files on an hourly, weekly, or monthly basis, and works as a Windows service. The feature guarantees the file transfer will be performed at the scheduled time. Set up a schedule to monitor a folder and transfer files when any change is detected. The automated transfer profile allows the user to run a particular program before starting or after completing a data transfer. Perform post-transfer events such as close the application or turn off the user's computer once the transfer is completed.

Auto FTP Manager offers the functionality to view a transfer report of all the events that happened during automated transfer. Users can generate a transfer report when the transfer is completed successfully, failed, or manually stopped. See which files were skipped, failed, or handled by conflict resolution. Users can save the transfer report on its computer, FTP account, or send it to an e-m a i l account.

A powerful Quick Connect File Manager makes transferring files between PC and an FTP server as simple as dragging from one location and dropping in another. The File Manager works like the Windows Explorer, enabling a user to create, delete, rename and copy files easily. Auto FTP Manager is multi-threaded, allowing a user to open connections to multiple servers at the same time. The program can transfer data in the background while the user works on other tasks.

Easily backup or synchronize user's sites through fully-automated transfers which are not only fast, but also can be scheduled;
Move the files between PC to FTP server, PC to PC;

Automatically detect ASCII or Binary transfer mode;
Save time by scheduling all user's file transfers on a specific time which can be repeated hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, on application launch or let Auto FTP Manager watch a folder for changes;

Set Conflict Rules when data are present on both locations;
File transfer scheduler runs as a windows task service;
Automatically transfer data based on their name, modification date, size, or file type;
Detect time zone on the FTP server to preserve the modification date of the transferred file;

Secure Transfer:

Transfer files between two servers using File eXchange Protocol;
Prevent passwords and sensitive information from being transmitted by using the Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) or FTP over SSL (FTPS) protocol;
Create an individual configuration profile for each FTP server;
Transfer files between multiple servers simultaneously;
Connect to an FTP server directly or through HTTP, Socks v4, Socks v5, or FTP Proxy server.

Complete Control over Transfer:

Choose the number of transfer channels that will actively process the transfer queue based on CPU utilization;
Add, remove or rearrange files and folders for transfer in the Transfer Queue;
View the status of each file transfer individually.

Preview Transfer Actions:

Save automated Transfer Reports either locally or on an FTP server, or have them emailed to any address;
Track each event with detailed log information such as date/time of occurrence, type of events, and a brief description.

What is new in version 7.0 (Released on May 25, 2018):

Transfer files to and from Android mobile devices: Manage files on all user's Android devices from the computer. Move files and entire directories on user's Android devices from anywhere.;
Remotely transfer files to a PC over the local network: Now, users can easily transfer files from one PC to another PC present in a local network. User can also choose the folders and drives to share on the remote PC;
Transfer files between any combination of PC folders, FTP servers, Android mobile devices, and remote PCs: Imagine the possibilities of transferring files between any combination of devices, servers, and PCs, manage it all from user's computer. Over ten different combinations are possible. User can transfer files between two android devices, two remote PCs or a remote PC and an FTP account directly from user's computer;
New action rules allow a user to delete and rename files after transfer: Now, users can perform more actions after a successful transfer. Besides, to move, action rules for deleting and renaming of files is added;
Improved transfer reports: Select a specific event to generate a transfer report when an automated transfer is completed, failed, or manually stopped. Save the transfer report to all locations including PC, FTP server and send it by email;
Schedule actions to perform before starting or after completing a transfer: Now user can choose to run a particular program before starting transfer or user can set a schedule to close the application or turn off the computer after transfer completion;
Enhanced weekly schedule functionality: User can choose to repeat the schedule after a specific time and select the time duration for which the schedule should run using advanced options to configure weekly schedule;
Quick view of schedule status: View the details of scheduled profiles such as type of schedule, next run time, last run time and status;
New test connection feature helps user login: Having trouble logging in? User is sure to have the correct username and password but not sure about other settings? Test connection feature tries various combinations of settings to automatically correct common login problems;
Multi-language interface: The application interface can now be displayed in German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian.
