Locked Auto scrolling ( down/ up) problem

J'utilise Windows LTSC et j'ai un problème de défilement sur le navigateur Google Chrome, ainsi que sur mes dossiers,
et même quand j'ouvre le logiciel vlc il y a le même problème car le son diminue et il est augmenté par lui-même.
J'ai essayé plusieurs astuces que j'ai trouvées sur YouTube, mais le problème est toujours là,
J'espère que quelqu'un pourrait me donner un coup de main



I am using Windows LTSC and I have a scrolling problem on the google chrome browser as well as my folders, and even when I open the vlc software there is the same problem as the sound decreases and it is increased by it -even. I tried several tricks that I found on YouTube, but the problem is still there, Hope someone could give me a hand

Sounds like a hardware and or driver issue (in my head anyway). Try booting into safe mode and use Chrome for a bit to see if you have the same issue. I would also unplug any peripheral devices from the machine and see if the problem persists.

You should probably also list what hardware you're using in order to help identify potential issues.

Check keyboard ,some key/s might be stuck or keyboard malfunction.
