For now the master m0nkrus has not repacked the 2023 edition, he only has Civil 3D Addon for Autodesk AutoCAD 2022. We better wait for it to be released, these files are heavy.

You have to install addons manually, this version does not contain any addons.

If anyone encounters error 4005 it means you need to connect to internet. Didn't know it can't be installed offline.

I have a problem with error 1603. And it's no use uninstalling Asp.NET, the error is repeated!

Usually a 1603 error is a Microsoft error from the Windows Installer, make sure that you prep the system before attempting an installation. The files are trying to write to the location & for whatever reason cannot do so, that is why the installation fails.
If you haven't done so already, try...

• Conduct a Clean Uninstall of the previous installation & use a 3rd party uninstaller (Revo) to complete it
• Reboot the computer, make sure apps are not auto running in the background
• Log in as Administrator (check your permissions, full control) or create a new profile
• Clean up the TEMP folder. To open the TEMP folder, type %TEMP% in the search bar by the Windows Start Menu and hit Enter, then delete unnecessary (Windows) files.
• Temporarily disable/disconnect security features such as Antivirus, Firewall, VPN & UAC on the Windows operating system.
• Save file to C drive and run exe file as admin.

If none of this works maybe try installing a 2023 version w/o 3D or an earlier version just to see if the newer version has a system/hardware compatibility issue.
