Even if they're not actively uploading you gain seed bonus which you can trade for upload credit to increase your ratio.

step 3 says to Replace the netapi32.dll but there is no such file in the meds folder

Thanks Mr.Spacely for confirming, yip I know about turning off all the anti-virus stuff etc... just wanted to make sure the file was actually there. Maybe that guy forgot to do it, cheers for the upload.

What exactly is your problem?
What part of "mount the ISO" or "Burn the ISO to USB" don't you understand?
You can't run an ISO file so you have to do one of those things two things to get access to the setup files.
