The Eewt virus is a STOP/DJVU family of ransomware-type infections.
This virus encrypts your files (video, photos, documents) that can be tracked by a specific “.eewt” extension.
It uses a strong encryption method, which makes it impossible to calculate the key in any way.
Eewt uses a unique key for each victim, with one exception:
If Eewt cannot establish a connection to its command and control server (C&C Server) before starting the encryption process, it uses the offline key.
This key is the same for all victims, making it possible to decrypt files encrypted during a ransomware attack.
If you were online when the malware installed itself then you will not be able to get your files back.

In the unlikely event that you were not connected to the internet when the malware infected your system, you might be able to get your files back.
Google shows me a number of apps that claim to be able to fix offline infections but I have no idea if any of them actually work.
