Just my two cents worth. Drop back to Win10 and go with a FULL install. The numbers you get (percentages and usages) are not what they seem in "real world". I get better results using a FULL install of LTSC than I do with PRO or HOME, and much better results overall than a "Lite Version". So what if it says you are using 1% CPU and such, and Im using 3%, the actual resulting BETTER running system is worth it in my case.
