No need for a Medicines installer to change the icons at default. Thanks for the build, works great.
But I'd like to change the icons to the original windows 10 ones, a Medicines method or installer would be much appreciated. I've tried patching with 7TSP GUI 2019 Edition but nothing changed
So I replaced the dll (17mb) with a default win 10 dll (40mb), restarted the pc and icons are gone now.No need for a Medicines installer to change the icons at default.
Go to System 32 folder find the imageres.dll and replace it with the windows default icon pack, restart your pc and you will have the default icon pack of windows again
As for the 7tsp Gui it patches other files, also I don't think there is an icon pack published for 7tsp for making icons to default of windows
I don't know where you have found the default icon pack with the size of 40mb.So I replaced the dll (17mb) with a default win 10 dll (40mb), restarted the pc and icons are gone now.
The dll I used was one from this win 10 default icon pack:
Edit: Alright! problem solved with this dll:
Sorry for the inconvenience

The imageres.dll size that came with your build was 17mb. Though I found it 2kb on an untouched windows 10 laptopI don't know where you have found the default icon pack with the size of 40mb.
The default size of windows icon pack is only 2KB
You must be registered for see links
Grab an untouched iso of windows 10 and extract the specific .dll
Then replace it as I have said in the previous message.
