If you have your torrents and the .torrent files you can redownload and seed them. Or use freeleech torents to download and seed.
Your ratio is not low it is 0.

Defender is big shit.

I have a pc with high specs, i7, 16 GB, SSD etc. I never observe any slowness with my computer. I don't want to deal with anti virus software(s) that contains advertisements, disturbing nag screens, offers to upragde premium, false notifications etc..

Uses low memory and processes. you wont get disappointed,
you can even remove news, inside the applications.

To be honest with you if you didn't like this build why not just go for another one?
